Latias EX 112/116 from Plasma Freeze, full art ultra rare in near mint raw condition. This one’s a dragon-type powerhouse with that sleek full art spread showing Latias soaring through a stormy sky, the holo foil popping with those electric blue and red accents that shift under the light. It’s got 160 HP, an Ability called Bright Down that shuts down opponent Abilities affecting your bench, and an attack Barrier Break dealing 70 damage while ignoring Weakness, Resistance, and effects on the defender.
