Peony from Chilling Reign, full art ultra rare, in raw near mint to mint condition. This supporter card shows the big guy himself, Peony, looking all serious with his hammer and that snowy Crown Tundra vibe in the background. The full art spread really pops with those metallic accents and the textured foil that gives it a subtle shine without overwhelming the details.
As a supporter, you play it during your turn and its effect lets you discard up to 2 cards from your hand—if you do, draw 3 cards. Bonus if you ditched a Pokémon Tool card, you get to draw 3 more. No HP here since it’s not a Pokémon, just straight utility for digging through your deck when you need that extra push in a match. It’s typed as a trainer card, fitting right into decks that cycle fast or rely on tools like those choice bands or escape ropes.
Chilling Reign dropped back in 2021 as part of the Sword & Shield era, pulling from the Japanese Silver Lance and Jet-Black Poltergeist sets. Raw copies from this set often show up with decent centering, but watch for those slight whitening edges that creep in from factory handling—nothing major, but it’s a common quirk on these full arts. The print quality holds up well, with the holo pattern spread across the whole card, making it stand out in a binder.
In this raw state, corners are sharp with no dings, edges clean without noticeable wear, surface smooth and free of scratches or clouding. The foil flash is even, catching light nicely across Peony’s outfit and the background elements, no bubbling or peeling that you sometimes see on mishandled pulls. Centering looks solid, maybe a hair off on the bottom border, but that’s par for the course in raw Chilling Reign stuff. Overall, it’s fresh out of the pack feel, ready for play or display.
