It’s one of those cards that collectors eye for its bold presence in the Black & White era. The artwork shows Victini mid-leap with flames bursting everywhere, and that full art border lets the holo foil spread out wide, picking up light in a way that makes the fire effects pop without overwhelming the details.
On the card text side, it’s a Fire type with 110 HP. The Ability is Turbo Energize—when you play it from your hand to your Bench, you can search your deck for up to two basic Energy cards and attach them to your Pokémon.
