Gardevoir EX from Steam Siege, full art ultra rare, in lightly played raw condition. This one’s the 111/114 print, with that striking full art layout showing Gardevoir floating gracefully amid swirling psychic energy. The holo foil spreads across the entire card, catching light in a way that makes the colors pop when you tilt it just right.
It’s a Fairy type with 170 HP, evolving from Kirlia as a Stage 1 EX. No ability here, but the attacks pack a punch: Link Blast does 30 damage base, bumping up to 100 if both this Pokémon and your opponent’s Active have the same number of Energy attached. Then there’s Luminous Blade for a solid 120 damage, though you have to discard an Energy from it to pull it off. Weakness to Metal times two, resistance to Darkness minus 20, and a retreat cost of two—pretty standard for an EX of this era.
Steam Siege dropped back in 2016, wrapping up the XY series with a mix of steam-powered themes and classic evolutions. These full art ultras from the set often come with okay centering out of packs, maybe 60/40 at best on some, and the card stock is that thicker XY feel, but it can show print lines or minor holo scratches if not handled well. Raw copies like this tend to have edges that wear first from shuffling, and the holo sheet sometimes picks up faint swirling patterns under bright lights.
In terms of condition, this lightly played raw has some light whitening along the back edges from normal play, but the front borders look clean. Corners are mostly sharp with just a tiny ding on one, nothing that bends. Surface is smooth overall, no deep scratches or clouding, and the holo flash is still vibrant without any dull spots. Centering sits around 50/50 top-bottom, maybe a hair off left-right, but it displays fine. Back is free of creases, just minor play marks.
It’s one of those cards that looks even better in person, like it just stepped out of a psychic duel.
